Order pizza and wings the operator said ranch would come with my order. I didn’t get my ranch called the store talked to the manager he was rude and made me pay cash for the ranch. There was a piece or card bored baked on my pizza. The wings smelled like plastic I ordered a Dr. Pepper got root beer. It was the worst after working 16 hour I got some horrible service

I recieved my pizza it was delicious.
I placed an order at Pizza Hut in Greenwood, SC on Feb 3, 2021 to be ready between 5:00 – 5:15. When I got there it was not ready, but I paid and was told it would be out in just a few minutes and to pull ahead they would bring it out. Well I waited and watched as people were picking up their orders and leaving. I went in after waiting about 30 minutes to be told it would be just a few more minutes. At that time the front end workers called the manager and I told him what was going on. He went and checked and my pizza was ready and had been but the wings were not yet ready. Remember it was to be ready by 5:15. The manager then told me I could take the pizza and wings when they came out and he would refund me for my order. I said fine and was under the assumption that I would be getting the credit back on my account. As of today, March 18, 2021, I have not heard or seen anything. I have not given a bad review online in any media sites, but if I don’t get my refund soon, I will be doing just that. This is not the first time that I have had to wait for an order that was done online for a specific time at this Pizza Hut, so I think this will be my last for a while. I went to Pizza hut I Whitesboro Texas last night and received one pizza that was made wrong. I have a no bar code on my receipt. 4/17/21 6:49 pm. Ticket #0116 Entered by Android 037388. Pizza was supposed to have light sauce ( it didn’t), and it also had onions ( wasn’t supposed to). My pizza was fine, but my husband didn’t like his. Only ate 2 slices.
